Do not worry, all of them are really easy and literally everyone will accomplish them. Probably most well known way is installing a related iOS application. Try to search for and install free applications only, because there are tons of free ones and there is really no need in paid app for this task. You can find all of these apps mentioned below in Apple App Store without any problems.

iPhone apps & Tools to Make Free iPhone Ringtone:

Ringtone maker:

Ringtone maker

This application supports unlimited number of ringtones, it features fade in and fade out effects and has very user friendly interface. Ringtone Maker is capable of recording any sounds with your iPhone microphone and making it as a ringtone. I tried this option and the quality wasn’t that good to be honest. <Download Ringtone Maker>

Myxer Ringtones:

Myxer Ringtones is another great application to easily create and customize ringtones. You can either create music ringtones from the music stored on your iPhone, or you can choose free ringtones from Myxer’s catalog. Catalog contains converted ringtones that were submitted by other members. This is really great feature and you can always check the ringtone in the catalog before converting it on your own. <Link: Myxer ringtones>

Ringtone Maker by Mobile 17:

Ringtone Maker Pro from Mobile17 helps you to make your own custom free ringtones and or choose from ringtones generated by other users. Unlike those other apps, Ringtones Maker has no editing restrictions (up to 40 seconds) and also is free. <Link>

Last but not least is iTunes. You probably have already heard from your friends that you can convert your favorite music tracks into ringtones with the help of iTunes. This simple tutorial will guide you through the whole process.

Melofania:

Melofania

Although all these ways are extremely easy to follow, I and many others prefer to convert their music into ringtones online. You don’t have to download or install anything, the magic happens straight in your favorite web browser. One of the fastest online ringtones conversion tools is Melofania.com. Ringtone creation process with Melofania is a piece of cake job. You simply upload your favorite track, cut and select the right song piece and the whole process does not take more than 5 minutes.

Audiko:

We have already talked about Audio.net and it not only let you upload audio but you can make iPhone ringtone using Youtube video. Something, I hardly recommend. You can also download created ringtones in .mp3 format.

Hopefully this article will help all iPhone owners to finally stop using those default ringtones Apple offers and convert your favorite music track into ringtone that will be supported for iPhone. Enjoy customizing your ringtones!

3 iPhone Games that Tell Legendary Stories

Some stories are timeless, and some of the best mobile games build their own storylines around the stuff of myths and legends.  Timeless stories capture the imagination; when translated into an interactive game, these stories come alive and allow players of all ages to immerse themselves in a classic tale.

Naked King” is a free game from ActOn that takes the iconic image of the emperor stripped of everything and builds a delightful castle defense strategy adventure around it.  Instead of a king duped by unscrupulous advisors, however, this Naked King has lost his clothes by force.  He needs to reclaim them—not to mention his crown—or he’ll be late for a very important date.  It’s not just any date, either. It’s a wedding date with a princess.  Don’t worry, warriors, this isn’t much of a romance.

“Naked King” is first and foremost about defending, improving, and fortifying one’s own castle while reducing the enemy castle to rubble in each progressive stage.  The enemies are pretty easy to spot, being a fantastic array of monsters, with some challenging extra-monstrous bosses thrown in.  To emerge victorious (and fully clothed), players start by producing food using worker units, increasing resources until they can build an army consisting of knights, snipers, heroes, wizards, and more.

Hero of Sparta II” is $4.99 and from Gameloft that tells a new tale in a legendary setting.  The dedication of the Greek city-state of Sparta to a culture of combat is historical fact, but it’s been raised to the status of legend.  “Hero of Sparta II” mixes history with myth by adding a liberal dose of Greek mythology, and then sets the player loose in this fantasty hack-n-slash as the warrior Argos returns from the Underworld.  The Spartan warrior faces a new set of challenges and ever-more imposing enemies, inviting players to unleash their own inner warrior in incredible combat scenes.

Ikaros” is a $1.99 and from Riverman Media LLC that takes the famous myth of a young man who builds his own wings in order to fly and transforms it into an addictive game experience.  Beautiful 2D animation complements the well-designed gameplay.  Ikaros, better known as Icarus to much of the world, must escape the island of Crete.  In order to do so, he takes flight—but it is a risky endeavor.  Limited flapping ability means that players must time their landings in order to progress.  Along the way, they’ll gather treasure in order to fill Ikaros’s Flight Meter.  In the myth, of course, Icarus does not succeed—but in the game, players have a chance to rewrite history.

Whether it’s one man against gravity, one man against the world, or one man and an army against a mob of pants-stealing monsters, these three games know how to entertain.  iOS mobile apps can be the perfect portal into a more magical, mythical world for players who want to exercise their imagination.

3 Fun iPad Games You will Definitely Love

I always grade iPad as a gadget that apart from being a useful tech is also a very useful tool to kill time. Keeping this aspect of iPad in view, today I will be lining up 3 cool gaming gems for your iPad that will let you have a fun time while lying on your couch. Have a look at these gaming gems after a break!

Shoot To Kill

Shoot to Kill

First up is the Shoot To Kill(Free as Hell), it is basically a point-to-click shooting game that allow players to shoot wildly at demons that attack from all sides. Though there is no technique involved and difficulty factor is also not that high. But it surely is an amusement package giving trigger happy gamers a real treat for sometime.

Roads of Rome HD

Roads of Rome HD

This game can be classified as a strategy game with a very different touch to it. The game has various levels and each level has a different task, you have to complete the challenge in a certain time slot to advance to next levels. Players basically have to build a road ordered by Caesar and in the course of buildings you have to complete tasks like building different structures or even harvesting materials. The game will start with a slow pace but as you keep on advancing the game will pick up its pace from level 3. The demo version of the game has only 5 levels, meaning you have to purchase the full version of Roads of Rome app ($2.99) to play more levels.

Pee Pee Boy

Pee Pee Boy

As the name suggests, this game is truly one of its kind having a bizarre touch to it. You must be thinking that I am joking but guys this is a game for real. In Pee Pee Boy you have to help a boy pee without letting him get it down on himself or avoiding the spill when the toilet seat slams shut. I found this game to be really amusing and the graphics are cool aswell.

Well that’s all for it this time, try out these games in your leisure time and I can bet you will love them.

IM+ Video App: Video Call your Facebook friends from iPhone

It’s been almost two months now that the developers behind IM+, SHAPE, promised to launch a video chat application for iOS devices that could call Facebook contacts. And although, it’s taken somewhat longer than expected to be launched, IM+ Video App is  finally available for download now.

What’s so special about this instant messaging application? Well, it’s the ability to make video calls with your Facebook contacts. Yup, that’s one of most interesting features of this app, apart from the ability to also make audio calls, share pictures and videos with your buddies. It uses Facebook connect to pull in all your contacts and lets you video chat and also chat normally. It’s certainly better than good old Facebook app then, having all the features that the former currently doesn’t have.

There aren’t many apps around that can accomplish similar tasks such as the IM+ Video app. There have been attempts, such as TinyChat Video who tried their best and kind of made it work. But that was too complicated for a normal user to understand and really very slow with lots of lag in audio and video.

The IM+ Video app brings the regular blue colored theme that all the other IM+ apps have and thus makes it clean and nice to look at. When you first launch the app, you’ll be asked to connect via Facebook, enter your username and password and Allow the app to connect. Once that’s done, your friends will appear in a list and you can just select one to either place a call or chat.

When you make a video call, the person will receive a message that would redirect him/her to the SHAPE services website and they’ll be connected to the call. If any of your friends want to call you directly from Facebook then they’d have to use the word ‘ /call’ during a chat. We haven’t tested the video or audio quality, but user reviews say that they’re experience so far has been quite good.

You can download the IM+ Video App from the App Store for free. Try it out and let us know what you think of it. It’s certainly a good alternative to the Facebook app. Plus you can change the theme of the app. WoW!!

MyPad: A Perfect Alternate Facebook App for iPad [Review]

Facebook has no doubt turned out be an essential part of our online activities, no matter how hard you try but getting away from Facebook craze is a bit difficult these days. You pick up any portable device or a smartphone and you will find a Facebook app designed specifically for it. But there is an exception for the Apple’s highly popular tablet device iPad, till now there is no official Facebook app for iPad, unless you try this little trick.

So if you are searching for an app that will provide you with the perfect Facebook experience on your tablet device then I have lined-up a perfect application for you. Here is a brief look at it:

MyPad App Features

MyPad app

MyPad is a graphically rich and a slick Facebook app designed for iPad that not only allow users to use Facebook seamlessly rather it also helps them to connect directly to micro-blogging platform Twitter. If you are an avid user of both Twitter and Facebook then you will find this app perfect recipe for your appetite. Amazingly the app’s interface have no resemblance to Facebook’s original interface, meaning that if you are tired of Facebook’s original interface then this app will be a welcoming change for you.

Load the app and you will notice a nice little sidebar housing all the categories from Facebook. All the contents for a any icon are displayed on the screen’s right side, the interface is dynamic and shifts and adjusts itself according to the user interaction.

Using MyPad App

mypad interface

Attaching a link or a photo, writing a status update on MyPad is pretty simple and easy. You can also configure MyPad to publish contents to your Twitter account automatically. App’s photo viewer is also pretty cool, you can view photo albums in a slide show and also download these photos in a flash. Though there is no option of tagging the photos but even then you can play around with your photos. Event is the other useful feature of the app that I liked, just click on a date and the event for the whole week will pop-up automatically.

Well I really loved this app, mainly because of its interface and fast speed. The free version of the app will be having ads, but if you prefer ad-free version then you can download it MyPad+ from App store for $0.99.

Charlie Sheen Releases iPhone App, Puts His Mind In Your Pocket

Charlie Sheen is the well known TV entertainer/actor who got most of his fame from the television show Two and a Half Men. I bet most have you have enjoyed watching the show and laughed your ass off listening to ‘Uncle Charlie’ go on about things that make little sense. Charlie Sheen recently unveiled his very own designed iPhone App whose purpose I clearly don’t seem to understand. He has named it as ‘The MaSheen’ and it will literally put Mr. Charlie Sheen’s mind in your pocket. Isn’t that what a Charlie Sheen fan always wants? To think like him, probably not be like him, but the fans will understand better. I’m a big fan too, so I will play around with this app and try to think like him.

The MaSheen

The MaSheen app doesn’t do much, other than play some of his videos where he talks about various topics. The app also has a fortune teller, wherein you’ll have to ask a question and then shake your iDevice to receive the reply shown on the mouth of the Tiger. Charlie Sheen say’s that he’s got tiger blood, and this app in a way lets you share some of his tiger blood with you. This isn’t a really useful app for non-fans, but for everyone else it will be quite interesting as it has lots to do with his mind. The App also features sections like the Mind Torpedo, The Magik Tiger and  The Fastballs of Truth all of which give you more insights into his brain. The Mind Torpedo actually shows up quotations by Mr. Sheen with the Tiger in the background, such as ‘I have a different constitution, I have a different brain, a different heart. I’ve got Tiger blood man.’

The MaSheen Screenshot

The app isn’t free though, actually it’s quite expensive for such an app. The MaSheen app will cost you $2.99 and already there are complaints flooding that the app is overpriced, however the sales are increasing and Mr. Sheen is making money. Two and a half men went into hiatus after Charlie Sheen went to rehab for drug addiction, he is recovering now and has found selling apps as an alternative to making money.

You can download the MaSheen App from the App Store for $ 2.99 and is currently compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad running on iOS 4.2 and above. An Android version is also in the making, and Mr. Sheen may keep updating some aspects of this app as time passes by.

Fans will definitely buy this app, but will you?
