1.4 Ghz Processor Smartphone – HP Pre 3 Specs

For the first time, today I heard about the smartphone from the very renowned laptop production company HP, HP Pre 3. HP is the one of the most powerful player in the Computer Accessory market. But now HP is also moving towards the production of Smartphones, currently the phone is not featuring Android OS, but it is having HP WebOS.

HP Pre 3 is a Touchscreen Phone with 3.58-Inches Screen and Full Sliding QWERTY Keyboard. HP Pre 3 is running on the HP’s own OS HP WebOS Operating system. It is added with the 5 MP Camera, Wi-Fi and common features of a Smartphone. The processing of the phone is accelerated by 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Processor. The phone can be turned into a Wi-Fi hotspot, for using Mobile’s Internet connection wirelessly.

    Any clues when they are launching HP and Pre 3 & HP Veer in India?HP revealed 3 new devices coming up in the HP event. (Veer, Pre3 and its Tablet). I want to know when these devices are making to the Indian Market.

  2. Come on, you don’t need to keep repeating about not being an Android phone.
    HP will NEVER launch an Android phone. They want the three screens strategy:
    Mobile + Tablet + PC on the same software.
    PC’s you say?
    Yes, they plan to dual boot all new HP laptops with WebOS sometime in 2011.

    And from what I’ve heard, WebOS is far better than Android or WP7 in terms of capability. Of-course apps are lacking, but with a robust and easy to develop platform, that will soon come.
