Top 5 Laptops for Blogging On The Move

Blogging is about more than just speaking your peace for a few like-minded people. For a lot of bloggers, it provides a full-time income. Some bloggers make exceptional amounts of money through affiliate offers, the sales of their products, and ad revenue off of their website traffic. After you take a gander at some of these laptops, you might be struck with blog fever too. Or, you might just want to do a little bit of casual blogging while you wait for your friends to logon, it’s your life after all. But one thing is for sure with any of the top 5 laptops listed below: they are most definitely the best available on the market right now.

1.) HP G61-110SA

The last thing a serious blogger wants to do is have to squint at their screen. Doing that causes headaches, which imparts serious limits on one’s blogging endeavors. Since this model of HP has a 15 inch HD monitor, you won’t have that problem no matter what topic you’re blogging about. Even if it’s something tiny and obscure, you will still be able to bring it to life–at least on your screen. Considering that this model also has 320 GB of hard drive space, you can blog until the end of time and not fill it up. And with the 4 GB of RAM built in, your blogging won’t slow down just because you’re stacking up the words either.

2.) Acer Aspire 5732Z-434G50Mn

Acer makes solid laptops, and then sells them for very generous prices. And this one is no exception, though it has the disadvantage that very few people are willing to sell them; meaning that it’s the kind of laptop you want to keep. If you are like most bloggers, you are not always going to have a table around for doing your blogging on. So you need great wifi (which this has in spades) and portability–this isn’t the lightest laptop, but considering its full size keyboard, you won’t find yourself complaining about things like that. After all, any blogger worth their page views knows that the keyboard is the heart and soul of the blogging effort. Without a great keyboard, your hands will tend to cramp up before you can really get your point across. Another positive to this laptop is the fact that it comes at a good price.

3.) Dell Inspiron 1545

This is another great laptop that you can get for a pretty sweet price. Not only does it have a big, bright 15 inch display (in HD, of course). It also takes care of one of the biggest complaints that a lot of bloggers have. See, the old saying that a picture is worth a thousand words has never been truer than it is online. Being able to upload all of the photos from your camera (or camera phone) is a serious advantage. Considering that this laptop has a 7 in 1 card reader, no matter what kind of devices you use, it should be no problem whatsoever to get your photos onto your laptop and straight into your blog. Talk about convenient!

4.) Aspire 5532-203G25Mn

This little beauty has the same HD you’d expect from a blogging notebook, and the same great value you’d get from any of the others on this list. But what this has that they don’t is one of the best battery lives (thanks to its 6-cell Li-ion battery) out there for a laptop of this type and price range. It’s great for when you have to sit there for a minute working on the perfect post.

5.) EI Systems Sorrento C900W7

This is a laptop for doing work. It features a great display of deep black and has incredibly strong color contrast. Plus, it is light enough to carry around without much difficulty. While it isn’t the most powerful laptop in the world by any stretch, blogging is notorious for needing stability with great display performance first and flashy extras last. If you want to game, this isn’t for you. But games are just a distraction from blogging anyway.

If you’re looking for a great laptop for keeping your blog growing better by the day, any one of these would be great. It’s just a matter of what performance you want, what you’re willing to spend, and ultimately what your preference is.

I’m a proud owner of Dell Inspiron 1535, Do let us know which laptop are you using for blogging purpose?

Simple Netbook from Asus, enough to write my stuff and portable. Dunno why you would want a 15inch portable for mobile sessions.. and home any PC will do much cheaper.
