When I got my Android phone some 1.5 years back I had a very little option. Later 6 months back when again I got new Android phone, I had to look around all the Android phones in market as my range was below 20k. I had to research market a lot. But if someone some across this post he will surely have his doubts clear about the range. The only elimination and replacement in this can be (as per me) is DellXCD28 which has a very sluggish resistive screen, you could have included Huwaei Ideos in place of this which has android 2.2 with capacitive touch screen with a price tag of RS.7,500
