TinyUmbrella New Version Now Supports iOS 4.3.1

Apple pushed out the latest version of iOS, 4.3.1 recently, which should fix some minor bugs encountered by users. Now if you’re going to downgrade your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, it’s always very advisable to save your SHSH blobs to avoid any risks. TinyUmbrella does exactly that and with just a click of a button.

Since iOS 4.3.1 version is now available for download and many users are upgrading, Notcom (TinyUmbrealla developer), decided to push out an update to support the latest version. With the latest version of TinyUmbrella, 4.30.05, you can directly connect your iDevice using your Mac or Windows PC and save your current SHSH blobs by just hitting the Save SHSH button.

The new update however, doesn’t support the Verizon iPhone 4 because it hasn’t gotten any software updates yet. The supported devices include iPhone 4 GSM, iPhone 3GS, iPad and iPad 2, iPod Touch 3rd and 4th generation. It is highly advisable to save your SHSH blobs, although Cydia will save your Certificates, it is a backup step to save your SHSH blobs using TinyUmbrella. Go save your SHSH blobs now if you ever decide to get back to your previous firmware.
