If you have tried our method to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 using RedSnow and you might be stuck in the jailbreaking process, when it says Uploading RamDisk. While I was jailbreaking my unlocked iPhone 4, I was stuck twice when RedSnow screen says Uploading RamDisk and nothing happened for 45 minutes.
If you are also stuck in the same situation, here is a quick work around. When you run RedSnow, run it as administrator and go to Windows task manager and set the RedSnow affinity to Only CPU1.

Cydelete is a very useful Cydia application for your Jailbroken iPhone which will let you remove Cydia app directly from Spring board. We have already shared a tutorial on Uninstalling Installed Cydia app.
Cydelete will add a tweak to put X marks on Cydia app and you can remove app like a usual iPhone application.
Search and download CyDelete from Cydia:
Now tap any application on your iPhone springboard and you will see ‘X’ marks in front of Cydia application.
Notice the ‘X’ on MxTube application. (It’s a Cydia app). Just in quick 2 step, you now remove Installed Cydia app from SpringBoard.

Baseband refers to the modem version on your iPhone. This data is only relevant for iPhone and not iPod Touch or iPad obviously. How to find iPhone Baseband?
First Launch Settings from your iPhone homescreen.
Now Select General and then About.
You will find the iPhone or iPod Touch firmware version under the label “Version”
Similarly, you can find the baseband version of your iPhone under the label “Modem Firmware”
There! Now you know both the firmware and modem baseband version. This will tell you if an unlock is available. For example, if your Baseband version is one of the following you can use this iPhone unlock guide to unlock your iPhone 4/3GS/3G.
