iPhone tops J.D.Power Smartphone Survey Yet Again

This hardly comes as a surprise to us. Just like last year the iPhone topped the J.D. Power and Associates survey and emerged the winner in the smartphone category. Apple defeated all other competitors in four out of five categories single handedly. This is indeed great achievement from a company that manufactures just one model of the phone.

Apple iPhone got a score of 810 points out of 1000 in the survey closely followed by RIM which got 741 points. These are the results for the smartphone category only. The iPhone lost out in terms of battery. Maybe users did want a removable battery for themselves like the phones from other manufacturers.

Apart from these results, it was also identified that more users were satisfied from touch screen based devices. Reasons being that more than often the devices having touch screens usually have a larger screen and thus providing rich entertainment in the forms of videos, browsing and gaming.

How satisfied are you with your Apple mobile product? Leave us a comment.
