Post sales by HTC is pathetic atleast in India. There products are not matched by service centres and if one faces a problem later, the company does not respond to the service issues.

I had purchased a HTC Desire Z phone in Feb 2011 which later developed problems in Sept 2011. The phone was given for repairs on Sept 12, 2011 and till date after 26 days, there is no sign of the phone getting repaired and been given back to me. All they say that the part is not available in India and will have to be brought from Taiwan. Now it is almost a month and still the part has failed to reach India.

I have had a terrible experience with HTC. The product must be good while using it but god forbid if the handset faces a problem, HTC service is the most reliable and unresponsive. Post sales services should also be kept in mind while making a buying decision of these ‘smartphones’.
