“After reading all the features of Gigabyte S1080 Tablet, I am damn sure that this Tablet will beat all other tablets in the market”

Really?!?!? Have you looked at ANY other tablets??

“designed for those customers who need high performance”

Stating a tablet running Windows 7 on an Atom CPU (even a dual core) as “high performance”, is an example of current journalistic lack of product knowledge, irresponsible reporting/reviewing, and the spreading of disinformation and product hype. But, if Gigabyte gave you one in your media package, or swag bag, I understand your uninformed biased review.

At a $300.00 MSRP, at least people who buy their tablets a Walgreen’s will have another choice.

I strongly disagree with you Sean, I think you have very limited knowledge of using those device, a multi-touch capacitive screen around 300 dollar is a dream deal!! forget about the processor and other staff. You sure don’t know what is the difference between capacitive and resistive touch screen, other wise this price would impressed you with the capability the product is offering. If the product has whatever is mentioned here and it is around 300 dollar, it should be great product to have. I think your review is biased.

I am well aware of the advantages of capacitive mufti touch screens. As you’ll note, I didn’t mention the screen in my comment. The screen itself does not support or add to the performance of this device. You short review states that this device is “specially designed for those customers who need high performance” My comment was directed at the lack of performance of this device compared to similar devices. It all really boils down to the transistor density of the CPU and GPU or any combination thereof.
