Apple Launches Support Profile Site to Personalize Service

Apple has silently released the My Support Profile website which is another step in making customer support more personalized and easy to access. You can login and see all your Apple products that you might have ever purchased in your lifetime along with their case history and service details.

How to Access Apple’s Support Profile Site:

Head over to the My Support Profile page. Now, login using your existing Apple ID which you use on iTunes or to register your Apple devices.

All your devices should appear here. For example, all five of my Apple devices are present under the My Products section. In case any device is missing you can register it in a one step process using its serial number.

VoicePass Service:

Another new service introduced is the VoicePass. Meant only for US and Canadian customers right now, VoicePass lets Apple attach all your details to your contact information so when you communicate with Apple Support via phone or SMS they will be able to immediately pull up information about your products thus saving you some time and effort.

You can also quickly access information about your latest repairs online. The My Activity pane shows you repair status of both existing and old cases.

This new service makes Apple’s service even better which is already leading the industry in terms of customer satisfaction.

Let us know how satisfied you are with Apple Support. How do you like this new feature and what more do you want from Apple Support in the future.
