Samsung has been known to be the best in everything related to technology and gadgets, more than half of the mechanical and digital things around your household consist of at least one Samsung made part. So this news shouldn’t be surprising for you, it maybe surprising to some, but to lay it clearly it’s nothing shocking. Samsung has indeed stepped up a notch and has released DDR4 RAM modules that will put all the present DDR3 RAMs to shame.
The new DDR4 Memory stick from Samsung can perform faster read and write operations and will be 40 percent less power consuming than the DDR3 modules. The DDR4 stick is said to have a maximum bandwidth of 2.13Gbps and uses only 1.2V of current, but Samsung suggests that the maximum bandwidth may hit up to 4Gbps.
